When you register for the congress (and book any cultural side events or/and accomodation) a handling fee of 10,00€ will be charged. Apart from the accommodation, following events will require a fee:

In spite of partially very small contingents we offer most events for free. Please register for those events only if you really want to take part in them!

 

For some events and services we can only determine the expected demand before the congress. Even if we always try hard to correspond to your wish to participate, we already ask here for your understanding if contingents are exhausted, events must be called off or offers are withdrawn i.e. due to slack demand.

 

Since October 1st direct hotel bookings are no longer available. The congress organisation will be happy to help you find a hotel room if necessary.
