We would like to invite you very warmly to join the publishers’ exhibition and to take the chance to represent your house and your programme at the International Congress of the Gesellschaft für Musikforschung 2010!

 

In the entrance hall of the German School of Rome, which is a main venue of the congress, a total of 13 stands are planned for a publishing company exhibitions during the congress (2nd-5th of November). Per stand a contribution to expenses of € 100,- will be incurred.

 

Each stand measures about 3 x 3 m. Tables, chairs and access to electricity can be provided on request. Please contact the congress organization for a more detailed description and pictures of the exhibition area!

 

Preparations for the exhibition should be completed on Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at 3.00 pm (as the congress starts at 5.00 pm with the grand festive ceremony in the auditorium right next to the exhibition).

 

The dismantling of the stands is supposed to start as late as possible on Friday, 5th of November, as the congress is running until 6.00 pm.

 

You can either book a whole stand for your publishing house or you can share one with other publishers if you want to exhibit just a small part of your program.

 

Regardless if you are coming in person or just exhibiting books on a joint stand, you can certainly send us your books for storage anytime before the beginning of the congress!
